Manager, Contract Compliance/Enrollment

Essential Duties:
Manages new GAP programs, monitors contract provisions, develops and facilitates training programs related to contractual mandates and identifies/resolves programmatic issues
  • Provides statistical, program analysis and management support to the Assistant Director and Director.
  • Oversees GAP Membership Reconciliation Unit & GAP Urgent Response Unit.
  • Researches, monitors and administers the operations of GAP contracts.
  • Interacts with officials of the local districts and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
  • Develops and implements Batch Processing activities, QA Database, denied billing projects, R.E.A.D. enrollment/disenrollment data analysis and recommends automated solutions to manual processing.
  • Develops and facilitates training programs on eligibility and contract mandates.
