Essential Duties:
Using planning, monitoring and controlling of processes, the Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of plan specific and integrated Clinical Pharmacy Initiatives.
  • Coordination of deadlines, assigned responsibilities, monitoring and summary each of the clinical projects.
  • Coordination within the department and interdepartmentally with emphasis on marketing, care management, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Coordination with personnel within the Pharmacy Department, as well, as individuals outside the department, which serve to complete assigned projects in a timely fashion.
  • Develop projects and coordinate response to other projects as they arise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, emphasizing a science discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a pharmacy environment required
  • Ability to utilize software and spreadsheets
  • Ability to type 50-55 wpm
