Director, Information Management

| Essential Duties: |
- Management, control, administration, budgeting and execution for full life cycle Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects
- Maintain overall project plan and resource management, including determination of resource role assignments
- Navigate project politics, coordinate project efforts with all business groups and project work teams
- Facilitate and lead the gathering, consolidation and prioritizing of client business requirements
- Documentation and presentation of business requirements for a variety of audiences including executive sponsors, end users and technical designers
- Create end state functional business intelligence vision and implementation plan
- Mentor and engage in the design ETL processes and data mappings as well as report and analytics design
- Oversight and/or coordination of all project phases from strategy and requirements to deployment
- Problem and issue resolution, mentoring and developing junior staff
- Participation in proposal development and client presentations

| Qualifications: |
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- A minimum of 7-10 years experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
- Expertise with structure methodologies and data warehousing frameworks such as Star Schema Concepts (i.e. Snowflake)
- Strong data modeling skills (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design), experience with Operation Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts
- Strong RDBMS knowledge of Oracle (release 9i and 10g), DB2
- Implementation experience with ETL concepts and tools such as: Informatica, DataStage
- Implementation experience with the following BI/Enterprise Reporting tools: Cognos, Business Objects, Oracle Discoverer
- Functional knowledge of Java and J2EE integration technologies
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possess exceptional client management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
