Here's how it works:

• Your doctor must place the initial order for your blood glucose meter and test strips.



• You will receive any HIP formulary blood glucose meter and test strips free of charge.
• Thereafter, when you are about to run out of test strips, call Better Living Now to refill your supply of strips. The toll-free number is 1-800-654-5103. Your order will not be refilled automatically, so it is important for you to call each time you need to refill your order.
• You will receive your test strips by mail in two to three business days.
